Six Arrows Consulting is the vehicle, based in Amarillo, Texas, through which Eric R. Alexander provides coaching, mentoring and advisory services for leaders navigating change.

Where did the name “Six Arrows” come from?
The photo above is the clue. Psalm 127 contains this powerful and meaningful statement: “Like arrows in the hand of a warrior are the children of one’s youth. Blessed is the man who fills his quiver with them!” My wife and I have six grown sons and are blessed indeed. The name is an acknowledgement of that gift from a beneficent Providence.
The name also represents the idea of helping clients fill their own strategic quivers with arrows for effectively leading through change.

35+ years of financial management leadership, including 20 years at an executive level
8 years as CFO of Happy State Bank, a respected, high-growth Texas community bank
Extensive experience in coaching and developing leaders and professional staff
Active leadership involvement in numerous strategic transactions, including acquisitions, capital raising, and major system conversions
