When I see a vibrant culture, I like to probe a bit to see why it’s so strong. Often (usually? always?) it relates to the vision and practices and expectations of those in leadership. In this video, I interview Christopher Williston, the President and CEO of the Independent Bankers Association of Texas, to get his thoughts on culture.
