“Culture eats strategy for breakfast” is one of my favorite quotes from renowned management thinker Peter Drucker. And I absolutely agree with his reminder about the importance of culture. But do we maybe overlook some important subtle wisdom by focusing solely on that obvious celebrate-culture emphasis?
