Eric provided training to our senior management group about our responsibilities – both as a team and individually. His knowledge and experience in building and maintaining an effective team provided great insights for us. He did an outstanding job unpacking concepts that often get thrown around without an operative understanding, and he used some novel and effective interaction techniques that strengthened our team. Everyone involved expressed appreciation for Eric’s presentation and interactions. This was a useful first retreat for us.
