And then we do, exploring the joys and challenges of stewardship, leadership, accountability, and culture. The challenges in all of those are real. But so are the joys.

And when we have deep conversations about significant matters like these, it can change our leadership, and our lives – and the lives of those around us.

I’m passionate about leadership, about stewardship as the key to fruitful leadership, about accountability as a vital aspect of both, and about how all of these are essential to a healthy culture.

And it stirs my heart to see these topics resonating with thousands of leaders in scores of audiences across the U.S. and beyond. Leaders clearly relish straight talk about serious topics – and especially from someone who doesn’t take himself too seriously.
